The position requires picking bulk materials for production, picking finish good for delivery to customer, stocking shelves, hazardous material shipping, general maintenance and other warehouse related duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt, to the storage of product, to the shipment of product (via prescribed service parameters)

· Ensure DOT HAZMAT compliance on all Hazardous material shipping to customers

· Supervise warehouse operations when Operations Manager and Assistant Team Leader are not available (Distribution Centers included)

· Pick and pack Hazardous Material based on DOT HAZMAT requirements

· Stock finished good material from production to designated shelves

· Process returns from internal and external customers

· Process and complete orders according to customer requirements

· Report shortages, damages and miss picks on appropriate forms and inform Warehouse Supervisors of the corrections needed

· Compare the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with customer's order to insure outgoing shipments are complete and correct

· Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards

This position requires daily standing, bending, reaching

· Must be capable of lifting up to but not limited to 75lbs

· Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

· Three to five years’ experience in a warehouse

· Warehouse logistics and forklift experience required

· Ability to travel a minimum of four times per year required

· Valid Driver License

· Math skills

· Skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and the Internet

· MFG-PRO/AIM-warehouse management systems and RF scanner experience

Certifications:

· DOT HAZMAT certified (Air and Ground)- preferred
