Magnum Staffing is seeking applicants for Quality Manager . Pay rate starts at $110000
Responsibilities:
- Define inspection plans, testing methods, and procedures for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and manage external certification audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes to identify, document, and resolve product nonconformities and process failures.
- Utilize data analysis tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvement projects to reduce defects.
- Collaborate with purchasing to evaluate, audit, and improve the quality performance of suppliers.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma
- Prior leadership experience in a quality role in Manufacturing
- 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience
