Magnum Staffing is seeking applicants for Quality Lead . Pay rate starts at $24.50

Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive, professional working relationship with all team members.
Perform audits on units prior to shipping to ensure zero (0) defects.
Leading and managing the quality team.
Exhibit the ability to understand quality contractual requirements related to the assigned product types.
All product quality deficiency reports must be completed on time (includes CIR, PQDR, CAR, TIR, etc.)
Actively participate at all quality meetings including control testing and corrective action board
Analyze and implement effective solutions to quality related problems.
Analyze and make disposition of rejected materials.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Coordinate and execute quality audits internally and externally.
Assist in establishing and maintaining quality guidelines and procedures.
Implement effective corrective and preventative actions utilizing structured planning methods.
Accurately maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or Technical Degree
One (1) or more years of related work experience.
Six (6) or more months of experience of leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills.
