Title - Parts Associate

Customer service skills (communicate with customers in a friendly and efficient manner); ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to lift 50 lbs, and manage in excess of 50 lbs.

-Communicate with customer via email, phone, and in person

-Work with Customers and stay attentive to their needs

-As a Haas/Kingston dealer, quoting customers based on their requests and processing orders

-Receiving shipments and uploading to appropriate locations in warehouse

-Maintaining warehouse clean and safe for everyday use

-Perform in a fast-paced work environment which requires detailed work and precision

-Use a manual pallet jack multiple times per day

-Use a forklift multiple times a day

-Ability to understand parts/machine schematics to ensure customer is ordering the correct part

-Fluent in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Web browsers
