Lead and manage a team of painters, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

· Oversee paint projects, including planning, organizing, and scheduling tasks to ensure timely completion.

· Ensure that all paint work meets industry standards and company expectations in terms of craftsmanship, finish, and overall quality.

· Coordinate and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to optimize efficiency and productivity.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for team.

· Provide guidance in the resolution of problems.

· Responsible for all Team Members' performance by providing training, guidance, and timely feedback through day-to-day feedback and periodic performance appraisals.

· Establishes and facilitates small group team initiatives for continuous improvement.

· Maintains comprehensive records to document the performance of his/her area of responsibility.

· Responsible for ensuring that all processes and products meet all quality standards.

· Interview, appraise and discipline employees. Acknowledge team accomplishments.

· Investigate & perform root cause analysis online & material shortages.

· Implements inspection procedures to improve end products, reduce costs and enhance quality.

· Investigates product defects and makes modifications in products or quality standards where such appear to be warranted.

· Implement effective corrective actions utilizing structured planning methods.

· Point of contact for all safety issues in department: investigate accidents, apply solutions, etc.

· Meet expected production requirements.

· Implement & support the Continuous Improvement Plan. Coach employees within the plan.

· Participate in the resolution of grievances.

· Create value stream mapping & standard work.

· Responsible for other duties as assigned.
