Onsite Manager Jobs in Baytown
We are seeking a Onsite Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Distribution team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of distribution warehouse workers
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Overseeing and directing the activities of employees on a job site
- Ensuring that job goals are met and the project goes according to schedule
- Managing and coordinating temporary employees at a corporate client location
- Acting as the central contact for hiring managers and human resources to identify openings
- Maintaining basic accounting records related to rent collection, unit occupancy, and tenant files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution warehouse setting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- English/Spanish.
- Must be computer literate (MS Office)
- Must be willing to work OT including weekends if required.
- Previous experience recruiting/hiring is a big
