We are seeking a Bilingual in Spanish HR Generalist to join a manufacturing warehouse! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires, including payroll processing, benefits administration, policy implementation, onboarding, employee relations located in zip code 77489. M-Friday

working schedule 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Successfully process weekly payroll.
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Schedule interviews between the candidates and the interviewing team
• Administer background checks and drug screens for new hires

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, conflict management, workplace injuries, terminations
• Bilingual Required (Spanish)
• experience with Microsoft excel, word, outlook etc.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in an HR Generalist role, overseeing employee population of 150 or more.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/ human Resources with minimum of 3 year of experience
• SHRM-CP a plus.
• Paylocity and MS Excel experience a Plus
