FIELD SUPERVISOR Jobs in MISSOURI CITY
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee staff on a warehouse of building materials and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving team performance to the highest quality standards. Schedule is M-Friday (additional days when needed). Job is located in 77489.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Review project plans, schematics, and contracts to ensure all work aligns with client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and contractors to address any concerns or changes promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and parts departments
- Manage inventory
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the industry
- Proficient in budgeting and resource allocation
- Familiarity with reading schematics
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
- Ability to adapt to changing project demands while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Flexibility to work and to be on-call for emergencies outside of schedule
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/management, or equivalent experience, Professional certification in service management is a plus
Pay is based on experience
Starting pay of $58,000
