Job Qualifications
• Relevant work experience required with strong emphasis on logistics and warehouse operations.
•Detail oriented with a positive attitude and coachable.
•Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel a must.
•Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
•Experience in managing, planning, and organizing a team effectively.
•Ability to plan, execute, and complete work with little to no supervision.
•Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization as well as with all levels of warehouse personnel.
•Ability to perform assigned work tasks with little or no supervision.
•Ability to effectively communicate with a diversified group of people.
Administrative Task
- Mathematical skills: ability to perform all basic calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
- Punctuality is a must; be on time and ready to work at the start of shift.
- Must possess the skills to provide quality customer service including the ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner within diversified situations.
- Monitor the status of inbound/outbound goods within the system to ensure streamlined and productive workflows.
PERSONNEL
- Daily management and supervision of Warehouse Personnel.
- Take a proactive approach when determining the training needs of Warehouse Personnel, implementing the necessary processes and procedures.
- Be available, present, and visible to your team ensuring a smooth and productive shift.
- Able to motivate and encourage your team with suggestions, ideas, and improvements
- Analyze team's performance proposing and implementing improvements.
- Conduct daily start-up meetings at the beginning of each shift updating, delegating, and reiterating the goals and obligations for the applicable shift.

Physical demands:
- Must be able to lift 25 - 50 lbs
- Warehouse environment: in and outdoor with possible extreme weather conditions.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment.
- Be willing to work other than normal scheduled hours, which may include evenings, weekends and /or holidays according to the needs of the business.
- Perform various tasks in assistance or in support of the organization including but not limited to general labor, loading/unloading, sorting, picking, and stocking.
