Seeking an administrative assistant to work in Scheduling and planning to assist with administrative support to an office or team by managing calendars, handling incoming communications, preparing documents, maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, and generally ensuring smooth office operations, often acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries; requiring strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Communication Management: Answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, and directing inquiries to appropriate parties.
- Document Preparation: Creating and editing documents such as letters, memos, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Data Entry: Inputting data into spreadsheets and databases.
- Project Support: Assisting with project management tasks as needed.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
